  • Dr. Yonggi Cho

    Dr. David Yonggi Cho (1936–2021) was a pioneering South Korean Pentecostal pastor and the founder of Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, one of the largest congregations in the world. He also founded Church Growth International (CGI) in 1976 to train and equip pastors worldwide in church growth principles. Converted to Christianity as a teenager after a miraculous healing, Cho emphasized cell group ministry and evangelism, fostering spiritual growth and community outreach on a global scale. His legacy continues to influence church leaders and growth movements around the world.

  • Dr. Bob Rodgers

    Dr. Bob Rodgers, leader of Evangel World Prayer Center for over three decades, has left a profound mark on his community and beyond. His unwavering passion for prayer and fasting is a cornerstone of the church’s ministry. He co-founded Word Broadcasting Media, a national ministry broadcasting across 54 TV stations, 7 radio stations, and the only Christian broadcast station in the Holy Land, Israel. Under his visionary leadership, Evangel World Prayer Center has grown to include more than 20 extension churches in Louisville and surrounding areas, supporting local communities and inner-city outreach initiatives. Answering a calling from God during a 40-day fast to “reach the poor of your city,” Dr. Rodgers established The Lord’s Kitchen (TLK), providing meals for over 60,000 people monthly, housing for veterans, and recovery support for those battling addiction. A distinguished alumnus of Asbury Theological Seminary with an earned doctorate from Oral Roberts University, Dr. Rodgers is also a prolific author of more than 60 books, including the best-seller The 21 Day Fast. He and his wife Margaret are blessed with three children and seven grandchildren, reflecting his dedication to faith and family.

  • Dr. Younghoon Lee

    Dr. Younghoon Lee is a prominent South Korean Pentecostal pastor and theologian, currently serving as the Senior Pastor of Yoido Full Gospel Church (YFGC) in Seoul, South Korea. Born on November 19, 1954, in Seoul, he has been a member of YFGC since childhood. After studying theology at Yonsei University, Hansei University, and earning advanced degrees at Westminster Theological Seminary and Temple University, Dr. Lee began his pastoral ministry in 1978. He served in various leadership roles, including as Senior Pastor of Full Gospel churches in Washington, Tokyo, and Los Angeles, and as Director of the Institute of Church Growth. In 2008, he succeeded Dr. David Yonggi Cho as Senior Pastor of YFGC and has since overseen its continued growth and expansion. Under his leadership, the church has maintained its position as one of the largest congregations globally, with a membership exceeding 800,000. Dr. Lee is also the President of the International Church Growth Institute (CGI), continuing the legacy of Dr. Cho by promoting church growth principles worldwide. He is married to Inja Baek, a former professor of computer engineering, and they have one daughter.

    Dr. Hendrik Vorster is an influential apostolic leader and founder of Cornerstone Ministries International (CMI), established in 2012 in Brisbane, Australia. He oversees a global network of over 3,500 churches across three continents, including significant congregations in Pakistan, India, and Africa. Dr. Vorster also founded the Church Planting Institute, which has trained more than 132,000 church planters in 78 nations, leading to the establishment of an estimated 330,000 new churches and the addition of over 15 million believers worldwide. A consecrated bishop in the Charismatic Churches of India Diocese within the Anglican Church of India, he has served on the board of Church Growth International (CGI) since 1999. Dr. Vorster is passionate about equipping leaders to plant disciple-making churches and revitalizing existing denominations to embrace church planting. He is married to Ursula, and they have five daughters and six grandchildren.
