Bishop Andrey Tyshchenko founded the International Bible College on the basis of a church in the city of Pershotravensk. Since 2003 , he has been the pastor of the " New Generation " church in the city of Kharkiv .

Bishop Tyshchenko is also a member of the board of directors of the CGI Church Growth Mission, founded by the late Dr. Yonggi Cho and currently under the direction of Dr. Young Hoon Lee.
